What You Get
■ NEC Art. 220 Panel Schedules
NEC §220.11/§220.12 demand calculations per panel. Branch circuits, feeders, and service summaries grouped by board name. Table 220.12 lighting demand by square footage, §220.42 receptacle loads, §220.18 dryer/range, and §220.53 appliance demand factors. Also includes motor demand per §430.24 with NEC Chapter 9 conduit fill checks and demand factor classification for continuous vs non-continuous loads.
■ Protection Relay Coordination
IEC 60255-151 inverse-time characteristic curves (SI/SII/VI/EI) per feeder and branch. Calculates pickup settings, time dial multiplier (TMS), and coordination margins — t_upstream − t_downstream ≥ 0.2 s selectivity check and upstream backup ≤ 1 s per ANSI/IEEE C37.90. Input: fault current, CT ratio, upstream device. Output: relay settings PDF + time-current curve plot.
■ Load Flow Analysis + Cable Sizing
Gauss-Seidel iterative power flow (tolerance 1e-6 pu, max 100 iterations) on multi-bus systems. Bus classification: Slack/PV/PQ. Outputs per-bus voltage magnitude/angle, P/Q injections, line flows, and violation flags (V < 0.95 pu or > 1.05 pu). Cable sizing uses IEC 60287 ampacity tables with temperature correction (k_t), grouping factors, and voltage drop % per circuit run. 3% branch / 5% feeder limits with Ch.9 conduit fill.
■ Single-Line Diagram + PDF Panel Schedule Output
Generates a publication-ready A4 single-line diagram showing bus topology, cable sizes, protective device ratings, and transformer data. Panel schedule PDF includes circuit table with load type, watts, voltage, demand factor, demand VA, demand amps, voltage drop %, and recommended AWG — with NEC code references annotated per row. Available via Excel upload or the interactive /electrical/demo tool. Free tier: 3 projects/month, watermarked output. Pro/Studio: unlimited, clean PDF.
